Nespresso Inissia wins 2014’s prestigious Red Dot Award for Product Design

Nespresso’s latest machine, Inissia, has been awarded the internationally coveted Red Dot Award for Product Design.

Nespresso Inissia Ruby Red Incl Aeroccino3[1]Standing out amongst close to 5,000 entries, Inissia boasts a compact and contemporary design, available in a large choice of colours. Designed for the young and modern coffee drinker, the sleek machine has cut down in size but not on features, offering Nespresso’s advanced technology to allow for a 25-second heat-up.

The Red Dot Product Design Award has been running for almost 60 years and is one of the world’s largest product competitions recognising quality high-tech, everyday products. A jury of 40 design experts of international repute came together to assess the products, with just under 2000 companies from 53 nations taking part.

Priced at $249, Inissia is available in four permanent colours: black, white, ruby red and vanilla cream and two limited edition colours: summer sun and blue sky. For more information.
