Lovely homes are not reserved for those with the money or inclination to buy. So this post by Abigail Ahern on her blog today came at just the right time. She shares some nice tips on non-permnanent ways to customise your rental.
I recently painted a couple of rooms in my rental apartment. Yes, it cost me about $100 in paint and a couple of days’ time and no, the landlord won’t be reimbursing me (because it really didn’t NEED doing, I just WANTED it done because I’m a perfectionist). And the pleasure I get from those nice fresh walls is totally worth it if you ask me!
