Running her own design and photography blog, The Stylish Splash, Yvette Wilson began being inundated with enquiries about where people could get their hands on the products she was blogging about.
So, with the push of her readers, Yvette decided to take her blog to the next level, opening up an accompanying online shop to showcase the Australian designers, artists and makers that she had for so long been writing about. “‘I write about so many gorgeous products and wanted my audience to be able to buy them for their home,” explains Yvette. “There are so many amazing Australian designed and made products and having them all in one place to purchase makes it easy.”
Selling homewares exclusively made in Australia, all products are full of colour, unique and, when possible, handmade. And with a dream to one day open up a bricks and mortar store, for Yvette this is a very exciting step in the right direction!
