Kip & Co spring summer ’16 collection is a maximalist’s dream

Lovers of maximalism will be pretty excited about the new spring/summer 2016 collection from Kip & Co. Titled ‘Subtropics,’ it’s a typically bohemian affair with a range of new patterns that are as colourful as they are diverse – needless to say, if you like your homewares subdued, this is not the brand for you!

“We are forever inspired by our daily journey, art, fashion, our kids, and our travels,” says Kip & Co’s Hayley Pannekoecke of the eclectic inspiration behind the brand’s new designs.

With plenty of linen, soft cotton and velvet, the range covers every corner of the home from rugs to blankets, cushions, towels, tableware, bags (cosmetic and weekenders) and has a great baby and kids offering too. The range of bamboo baby swaddles are particularly cute and would make a great baby shower gift.

“I’m in love with our new bejewelled brass and resin cutlery set which will be the talk of the table this summer and turn any table into absolute prettiness! I adore our new duffle bags made of durable and hardwearing canvas. I am currently travelling Europe with one and it is the best, super cool looking and it holds all my carry-on luggage.”

You can also wear Kip & Co’s fun prints as they’ve branched out into a body line with casual, slouchy lounge-style sleepwear and bath robes for adults and kids.

“We have some really exciting new additions to the range, including resin and brass cutlery, cosmetic and toiletry purses and cases as well as super cool new designs in the Kip body collection that are beautifully soft. We’ve also got some new cool designs including a drop crutch pant and boyfriend tank,” says Hayley.
