Get wrapped up in Country Road’s cosy Winter 2016 collection

We heard that terracotta was on the style radar for winter but Country Road’s latest collection certainly proves it. Shrugging off its dowdy 70’s associations, this execution of terracotta is surprisingly stylish and it looks made to sit alongside the collection’s grey, marble and gold accents too.

As for stoneware, this is a part of the Country Road home range that just keeps getting better and better. We love the two-toned charcoal and white serving collection – the exposed charcoal bisque is a lovely textural counterpoint to the gloss white inner of the range of plates, bowls and mugs.

We’ve got our eye on the pale chalk blue napery too and love the way it perfectly complements the aforementioned terracotta.

Lastly, we’re always excited by the brand’s soft furnishing offering, and this season doesn’t disappoint. Think luxe, knobbly textiles, long-haired tweeds, pile knits and fringing that work back perfectly with the bedding range that features neutral shades of grey, nude and brown with accents of faded teal and petrol blue.
