Got a colour question for Shaynna Blaze?

Hi folks. Next week I’m going to a special colour event with Taubmans and Shaynna Blaze. I have the opportunity to get Shaynna to help me with a colour conundrum in my home and, as I don’t really have one, I thought I’d  pass the opportunity to one of you! So, if you have a colour problem in your home you’d like some expert advice on, please comment below and I’ll pick one to take to her.

Hi there, I am planning on painting my master bedroom walls a rich, deep navy blue…. Our house is Edwardian so the room has high ceilings, fireplace & ceiling rose. The ceiling, fireplace & trims are currently white. The windows also have white plantation shutters. What would colours Shayna suggest for these? Stay white or something else?

I’m renovating my whole house and am just so overwhelmed with selecting the colour palette. How do I start the process of selecting colours.

We are renovating our first home and are a bit lost picking a white for the trims. We are mad blockheads and selling houses australia nuts so we went for taubmans. We have selected “grey gamut” for the walls from the retro revival guide but can’t seem to get right pick of white to do trims. Could u please assist!

Hi my partner and I are finding it hard on choosing a colour for the interior of our house. we know we want white skirting and white doors we like the greys for the walls but our problem is we cant seem to find the right one our house gets a lot of natural light coming through, has big windows all round, night, could you help us with a colour suggestion please

Thankyou for the great blog. We have just purchased a log cabin on 2 hectares . We love the timber but it is overwhelming. We are trying to look at colours to lift and highlight……a timber roof (as apposed to timber floor). We have chosen a white with a touch of grey as it appeared more luminescent … but we are scared of colours at the moment. Kind Regards

I am renovating investment property. We are keeping the colors neutral. We are using white and grey. The kitchen cabinets are gloss white and the wall is silver tassel. In the bathroom we have kept to a white theme and silver tassel on the walls. In the lounge and dining we also want to use a grey color. I was watching Selling Houses Australia sometime ago now and you were using soft grey’s. I liked those grey’s but can’t remember the names. I think one of the grey’s had the name cloud in it but can’t be 100% sure. Maybe you might be able to help me out with soft grey colors.
