Chatswood Chase is celebrating all things home at the Sydney north shore shopping centre this month.
And that’s not hard when they have some of our favourite furniture and homewares stores under one roof. During July, we’ll be sharing the creation of a different room suite each week, with everything used available from the centre.

It features pieces by some of my favourite stores for little people’s rooms, including Pottery Barn Kids and Incy Interiors, where pretty much everything in my son’s room is from! Although this is a little boy’s room, the bed, drawers and desk would work really well in a girl’s room too and are classic enough that they could last into the teenage years. I always recommend investing in the key pieces like a good quality bed and rug, and then have fun with more affordable styling pieces which you won’t feel bad about changing up every couple of years. And always remember that kid’s rooms need to be as practical and safe as they are good looking! How cool is the silver speedster from Kidstuff? As much a piece of decor as it is a fun toy!
