Super smart new bathroom range ideal for compact spaces

As square meterage prices rise, so does demand for clever design solutions for small spaces.

The rise of the ensuite and small bathroom presents its own unique design challenges but we’ve got our eye on one range in particular that is looking to remedy the situation – enter Raymor.

While there’s no doubt that the dedicated use of a single tile (in this case a mid-tone porcelain timber-look option) keeps the space looking larger, so too do the compact bathroom fixtures. We love the Scandinavian meets sauna vibe of this space.

This year, I thought it’d be fun to share some of my personal favourite products with you each week. I get sent details of so many lovely furniture and homewares and I thought you might like to know what I’m lusting after and why. So without further ado, this week’s finds…jen's loving 21jan16

This Roar + Rabbit Swivel Chair, new at West Elm, makes me swoon! Dusty blush pink, pleats, gold legs, velvet, SWIVELLING! What’s NOT to like, I ask you? Okay, maybe the price, which is a little out of budget right now at $1,299. But a girl can dream of it going on sale later…

The neat design of Raymor’s Pattison Wall Hung Basin ($479) with integrated towel rail makes it a great choice for en suites and smaller bathrooms. Clever!

The Gus Margot 3 Seater in midnight velvet is my dream sofa and guess what?! I just bought it from GlobeWest for the new home we’re moving into next week. I had to have it! This will be our statement piece in an otherwise neutral living room. Can’t wait!

I’m loving these Brass Button Wall Hooks from Zakkia too. Use them to hang anything from a mirror to jewellery to your coat! $29 for small and $39 for large (which holds up to 5kg).

Create space in your bathroom with white finishes and chrome fittings

Beautiful new bathroom range inspired by nature

Taking its inspiration from the great outdoors, the new range of bathroom products from Raymor features clean lines, simple proportions and a palette of white and lush greens.

OUT DOOR BATHROOM 01

An immediate standout is the deep, softly rounded Aruba freestanding bath, which is teamed with the clever Daly swivel bath spout in polished chrome.

Mirroring the lines of the bath is the wall-hung Byron toilet with in-wall cistern and wall-hung Loongara basin with integrated counter space. The counter space is large enough to fit toiletries and matching Ceduna accessories – again with a rounded profile. All of the accessories in the bathroom – from towel rails to toilet roll holder – are from the Ceduna range, ensuring there are no visual interruptions to the softly curved profiles of the bathroom fixtures.

OUT DOOR BATHROOM 08
